RETURN POLICY: Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange with prior authorization (RGA#) and must be shipped prepaid. Shipping fees are not refundable. Merchandise must be in "NEW CONDITION" with all tags attached as shipped. The RGA# must appear on all returned packages. No COD returns will be accepted. If you refused your shipments you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus freight.

SHIPMENT:  All orders are shipped UPS ground within 5 business days of receipt.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:  All information entered in this site is used to process your order request only.  We do not share any collected information outside of this company.  

Your satisfaction and sense of privacy is a priority for us, so we take a number of steps to ensure the safety of your transactions and to give you a pleasurable shopping experience with us.

Credit Card Numbers: We no longer take credit cards online.  You can however call in your order and we will take your information via phone.

E-mail Addresses:We understand the annoyance of receiving junk e-mail. So, we want you to know that your e-mail address will never be given out or sold to any outside party, even ones that you might be interested in. This ensures that when you give your e-mail address to us for ordering, you will not receive any other e-mail resulting from that action.

Our regular e-mails are limited to order confirmations, customer questions, and possibly an optional newsletter. If you have an account with us, you may choose to not receive our newsletter if we offer one.
